REPRESENTATIVE CASES

He recently obtained summary judgment for a national fitness chain involving an accident that occurred while a patron was using exercise equipment at the facility.

In a 2013 case of admitted liability as to significant home damage sustained while the Defendant was removing a tree from the homeowner’s yard, Mr. Bonner obtained a verdict that was significantly less than what the Plaintiff requested from the jury. In fact, the verdict awarded even came in a few thousand dollars below what Mr. Bonner had suggested the jury award the Plaintiff for her damages during closing arguments.

In 2011, in a Plaintiff-friendly venue, Mr. Bonner obtained a defense verdict in a premises liability case involving a fall by a patron at a local race track.
